Suatu hari ketika ibu saya sedang memasak di dapur, saya memperhatikan ibu memasukkan garam dan sendok ke dalam panci. Isi dari panci tersebut adalah rebusan air dan daging sapi. Saat itu saya bertanya, "Bu, mengapa dikasih sendok? lalu mengapa garamnya dimasukkan sekarang? Nanti yodiumnya menguap kalau garamnya dimasukkan duluan." Jawab ibu ketika itu, "Dikasih garam supaya cepat matang dan empuk dagingnya".
Looh? Apa hubungannya? Saat itu saya belum mengerti korelasinya.
